Your tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and communications
- Cultivate leads to initiate trials or sales
- Follow up on leads to gather background information and requirements
- Adhere to prescribed sales operational requirements & company policy
- Assist with post-sale issues including, but not limited to, training/implementation, support issues, software functionality, customer care issues
Your skills:
- Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
- Ability to present a product in an effective, professional manner
- Strong presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong knowledge of computers and standard Software
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Representative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
