We sometimes like to head down town for a drink and a meal together and maybe catch some live music. We are looking for a female to join us to balance out the flat mid to late twenties/early thirties, professional, social, outgoing, clean and tidy. The house get's great sun and has amazing views over the city, unlimited high speed internet, a large deck out the back for entertaining/bbqs.Bond is $540 plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
