Currently the place is rented until March but the tenant is moving to a bigger place because her husband is joining her from Australia. She is willing to move earlier as she's already secured the new place -it just needs to be organised.I'm going to trial renting it per room (I do this as a job for other places) but currently none of the rooms are filled so if you have a friend that wants the other room this could be a good way to do it.
