I'm going away from this lovely flat for three months, and am looking for a mature subletter who needs a furnished room.We are 5 friends interested in hanging out together but we are also live independently. We are into our garden, open communication and a peaceful home.
We live in a large sunny family style home with lots of private tree lined garden 5 mins walk from Hataitai shops.Hataitai shops has plenty to offer for food etc, and as well as regular busses it's only a 20 min walk over Mt vic to Courtenay place.The room is a small double with a wardrobe, i'd prefer to leave my futon bed, drawers and desk in there if possible :)
