It's a middle flat with a kitchen/living room with an oven, bathroom, a small courtyard, one large bedroom, and two small bedrooms which are connected. You have to go through one bedroom to get to the other, and we made this work by having a divider up.We had four people in this flat, which made it really cheap, but it would be affordable for two or three people.The house gets morning sun and it's cozy with a lot of character and windows that show green trees and tuis.Nice and close to Victoria University, the Aro shops and only a short walk from town.We have a fixed lease until March 9th, but we're moving on and looking for someone to replace us. Availability is negotiable.There is a downstairs washing machine and dryer, fridge included, and other furniture that's negotiable depending on what you need.
