I have a furnished 2 roomed sleepout available from 12th April.It is at the back of the garden and is private , sunny and quiet.It consists of 2 rooms , one large room and then a single room attached .It is furnished with a superking bed and furniture incl drawers , lamp , carpet ,wardrobe .There is a benchspace set up for tea and coffee etc and a small fridge.However it is not set up for the kitchen or bathroom and these amenities are inside the main house which is shared with flatmates..The flatmates are busy , independant people all working.Everyone buys and cooks their own food and bills are divided up amongst flatmates at the end of the month.The house runs smoothly and is clean and tidy at all times.The flatmates ages range from 23 to 55.Its a very quiet house.A friendly Boxer dog lives here too.Rent is $195 per week and a bond of 3 weeks is necessary.No couples thanx and no smoking inside the studio or the house.
