Your tasks:
- Establishes and maintains effective inter-departmental working relationships with all applications development and support functions within the IT department, technical and non-technical customer contacts
- Ensures that all software support issues are managed to completion or closed inagreement with the call requestor in a timely manner
- Available for 24x7 support
- Ensures a high degree of satisfaction in regard to the application performance and management of applications problems
- Develops and supports custom applications and integration components based on business needs
-Maintains technical documentation and follows development best practices for code development and maintenance
Your skills:
- Significant appreciation for customer service
- Ability to translate user specifications into customer solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for 24x7 on call support
- Advanced ability to analyze data and identify recurring patterns
