Transportation Engineer, Wellington in Wellington, Wellington

This client is a dynamic consultancy that is involved in civil infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand. They are currently looking to appoint a Transportation Engineer, to project manage and develop capital and maintenance contracts, while providing design and contract review services on roading projects in their Wellington Office.
You will be responsible for management of assigned projects and works, including the implementation of civil engineering solutions. Additionally you will provide effective and collaborative management with clients to ensure key relationships are maintained, while remaining focused on key deliverables for projects.
You will be Bachelor of Engineering qualified or higher with several years experience in the area of roading maintenance contracts, transportation design and project management from either a council, consultancy or contractor background. Your familiarity with ISO 31900 contract documentation will also help you secure this role. You will need to be highly organised, committed to developing relationships with others and able to work both autonomously as well as in a team.
